Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-demand periods (holidays, sales), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@chzlab.com

  • Include your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CHZLAB is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
