Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • We cannot accept items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Undergarments (ex. Sports Bras)

  • Items not in original condition

Refund Options:

  • CHZLAB offers store credit for all eligible returns.

  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase.

  • Store credit does not expire.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for size or color swaps depending on inventory.

  • Contact us at info@chzlab.com to request an exchange.

  • If the item you want is not in stock, store credit will be issued.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@chzlab.com to request a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once the return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
